Voluntary BID Membership
MyMiltonKeynes BID is a collective of businesses that care about the success of Milton Keynes – this network is our greatest strength and we want to leverage it to promote our City Centre as being a great business destination.
All businesses in the BID area, with a rateable value of £50,000 or above, receive the benefits outlined in our Business Plan as part of their annual levy payment.
We also offer Voluntary BID Membership for businesses and organisations in the BID area that have a rateable value of less than £50,000. We are currently developing the membership package, which will include:

Membership of our MyMK Business Against Crime scheme, which includes free access to our secure GDPR compliant Alert app and the opportunity to join our radio link scheme.

Inclusion in our upcoming MyMK City Centre Gift Card scheme

Voluntary membership applications are subject to a contribution based on the size of your business and your location – determined by your rateable value. Each application will be assessed on a case by case basis by the BID board.
Businesses outside of the BID area, who wish to support the investment the BID makes in Milton Keynes, may also become voluntary members for a flat fee of £1000, however they will not be eligible for the above benefits.
